These Terms of Service apply to the YEN by Katie website, inquiry forms, appointment booking, and esthetic services. By using the website or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.
Website and inquiries
The website provides general information about YEN by Katie and its services. Submitting an interest form does not create an appointment or guarantee availability. An appointment is confirmed only through the booking process or direct confirmation from YEN by Katie.
Appointments and payment
Appointment availability, deposits, payment timing, and accepted payment methods are shown during booking or communicated before service. Booking and payment may be processed through Square and are also subject to the applicable terms presented there.
Six-session Custom YOU Facial plan
The advertised plan includes six Custom YOU Facial sessions for $1,400, compared with a $1,650 value based on six individual sessions at $275 each. The first session is booked online; the remaining five are scheduled in person with Katie. The package is valid for 12 months from purchase unless a different written term is provided at checkout.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
The cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, package, and refund terms shown at booking or checkout apply to your purchase. Please review those terms before confirming. Contact YEN by Katie before purchase if you have questions.
Services and results
Esthetic services are cosmetic and are not medical care or a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed healthcare professional. Tell Katie about allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, and other information that could affect treatment. Results vary by person and are not guaranteed. Before-and-after images show individual experiences and do not promise the same outcome.
Acceptable use
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse forms, or copy or exploit website content without permission.
Intellectual property
The website’s branding, text, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to YEN by Katie and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.
Third-party services
The website may include links or embedded tools provided by third parties, including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and Square. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. YEN by Katie is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YEN by Katie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
